So how did I achieve this transformation? Years of testing out every single training and nutrition principle known to mankind, carefully studying the physical changes it lead to how my body looked and felt, thousands of hours studying the science of health and physical performance and making more mistakes along the way than I care to count, I'm now finally at a point of deep understanding where I know how to manipulate my training and diet in order to achieve whatever physiological change I decide to strive for.
In truth, once you understand the principles achieving your goals isn't an overly complex process, whether it be to build muscle, lose fat or generally live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. WHO AM I?
My journey started as a skinny young teenager who wanted muscular arms to look and feel bigger and more impressive. Before I began I looked as if I couldn't even open a tightly sealed jar of marmalade. 10 years and a whole lot of effort, learning and understanding later, I now get told I look like a real life superhero.
